We are an international LSP based in Romania, Timișoara. In its 12 years of experience, Valley Center has become a leading company in the industry of translations into/from Romanian and most European languages and teaching foreign languages, especially in the corporate environment.
We are proud of the more than 15.000 clients who trusted us and entrusted us with important, personal or company documents to be translated into various languages. We are proud of over 35.000 hours taught, foreign language courses or Romanian language for foreigners.

Here is our evolution from One Man Show to Great Team Show
2012 – the company Valley Training SRL is established with the main occupation teaching English and German to individuals. The first learning groups are formed and the first collaborations are established with English and German teachers in Timișoara.
2013 – we have the first corporate client Smithfield Ferme where we teach English courses for 300 people. We will continue the collaboration with Smithfield for 3 years. We do the first authorized translations for personal documents, mostly Romanian – English and Romanian – German.
2014 – we are the best in the courses, Valley Training wins the 1st place award – Top Profit, county of Timiș. We conclude contracts with certified translators for most languages. We have the first large translation contract with Timiș House of Pensions, for which we translate the medical files for the pension from 15 foreign languages into Romanian. We teach at Hartl Carrier, Autoliv Romania, SSI, TRW. We translate for Prysmian, Yazaki, Siemens, Sandvik, Stada, Swisslion.
2015 – Valley Training wins 1st place in Top Business, county of Timiș for the course activity. We collaborate with 30 teachers and teach over 800 hours/week. Translation procedures are improved with high quality control, confidentiality processes are stricter, we collaborate with approximately 40 authorized translators, native Romanian speakers.
2016 – Valley Training wins 1st place in Top Business, county of Timiș. We are developing day by day, learning about technology in translations, learning about new teaching methods based on communication. We teach foreign languages at Zoppas, KYB, Duqueine, Autoliv, Draxlmaier. We are setting up the single register of orders for translations so that we now have all translations in full order. We have around 500 new translation clients, mostly individuals.
2017 – we moved to another office, at Casa Tineretului Timișoara. We purchase new computers, software and improve translation processes. We implement ISO 9001.
2018 – we have the first big translation project with over 5 million words, Romanian-German, for Menke Agrar. We are required to use assisted translation programs so we are learning all about CAT tools. Translations take an advance over courses with large projects for companies, mostly legal, technical, financial documents. We started the collaboration with DM for the teaching of German language courses which continues to this day.
2019 – we specialize and invest in CAT Tools (Computer-Assisted Translation) Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, Memsource, Lokalise. We are expanding our base of translators with whom we work closely, with friendliness and fairness. We teach approximately 300 hours/week (German, English, Romanian). We have 800 new translation clients.
2020/2021 – we are affected by the pandemic. We strive to keep the company stable. Classroom lessons stop, translations grow less. We are making progress in terms of online translations and online courses. We have about 1000 new customers/year. The name of the company changes to Miradel Valley SRL.
2022 – We celebrate 10 years since our foundation. We are seriously back in the translation business with 1200 new clients. We improve processes, Project management is fully automated. We translate into more than 30 foreign languages, in combination with Romanian. We teach about 200 hours/week. We have maintained collaborations with our translators and teachers for over 8 years. We are opening a new work office in Reșita.
2023 – starts with a newly improved website, series 7 of German language courses at DM and Romanian language courses at NIS Petrol. New translation contract is signed with Draexlmaier company. Already 1500 people have come to our offices for translations. We are trusted by large companies to translate documents quickly, without mistakes, at the right price. We have big plans for this year as well and thank you all for being with us on this journey.
